Y6 Lighthouse Projects!

Y6 Lighthouse Projects!

Today Year 6 completed building their lighthouses that we were inspired to build after doing some learning about the WW2 book, Letters from the Lighthouse by Emma Carroll. Each of our pupils has worked as part of a small team to design, build and paint a lighthouse. We also learned about electrical circuits and have wired our lighthouses so that they actually light up!

We are really looking forward to showing all of our models, and all of the other learning we have done this term, to our parents at our Exhibition on Friday afternoon.
