2016 was the first year that nationally schools took tests at the end of Key Stage that were not linked to levels and were based on the new curriculum introduced in September 2014. Instead of levels new scaled scores were introduced. The tests were much more challenging than in previous years and we are very proud of what our children achieved. In 2017 our reading and maths results improved and were above national average.
