Complaints

We hope that you are happy with everything at Marlborough. However, should you have reason to complain or if you have a concern, it is important to know how to act. In the first instance complaints should be taken to the class teacher and then an Assistant Headteacher.  If your complaint is still not resolved then you need to see the Head of School or the Executive Head Teacher. Most complaints and concerns can be solved with the school by talking to members of staff. However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome having met with the Headteacher, you can make a formal complaint to the Executive Head Teacher and/or governors.
